Update done, still only one hour of data 
Another module bought. Same problem.

I have made this workaround to keep the smartmeter awake. Finally it works in my setup. Firmware version 7, sub 9. Hardware version 65
Maybe you can try it with your node. Good luck!
Any working fix to this issue now?
I guess it will also work with the 1-phase smart meter.

Does anybody know why Athom doesn’t fix this?

The gateway marked the devices as unreachable when it did not receive a reply from the device and did not update its state once it received another packet of data. The issue can be resolved by performing the Test (BASIC_GET) command in the Homey Developer Tools, which appears to have a different effect from the scan-test performed by the gateway at regular intervals.
The current work-around to solve the missing reports is to send the BASIC_GET command periodically. We have provided instructions on how to create a Flow that performs this action. We would like to thank H. for providing this information."
But you just posted the ‘fix-workaround’ from Qubion?
I guess no-one, you’d contact Athom support

So, likely Athom just doesn’t care or am I missing something?
Given that this article is more than 18 months old, it seems this issue isn’t seen as something that requires any priority.
Still, they decided to not solve a known problem.
Also, qubino have done all tbe work for them to identyfy thr problem so it should be an easy fix.
Or maybe there is a design issue so they can’t fix it??
I think that with a lot of issues that have existed for a long time, if Athom would spend some time on them, they can be fixed. But Athom prioritises other things more.
