Problems connecting homey app to Netatmo

My connection from my Homey app to Netatmo have worked for years. Suddenly it have stopped uppdating values in my homey app. I have tried using the repair option but i get a error message. I have checked my credentials and they work. I have even tried to0 remove my Netatmo units ond the Netatmo app from my Homey. After installing the Netatmob app again I get a error message when I try to connect my weather station again. [object Object]


Any ideas?

Today I get a little bit longer. I can successfully enter my credentials and it finds new units to set up. But it stops in a new error message. Invalid grant.


Anyone?

Have you tried to restart your Homey hub?

I was just on my Netatmo wether station to get a report for another post and it was working fine for me.

Yes, I have restarted my Homey many times. Same problem after restart.

fe, there are two Apps, each with their own topic:

[APP][Pro] Bticino/Legrand/Netatmo - Home control, based on Netatmo Cloud API

Dit you only try it from the Webapp or fe also try it from the Mobile app? Maybe even without WiFi and using the Mobile network?

Had to ask as we usually forget the most common things when we are fixed on a problem :wink:

I assume you also did a restart of Netatmo devices!? And that you see that devices are doing what they supposed to do in Netatmo app!?

Have you checked permissions in the Netatmo app?
You find this under: my account, third-party application. Here you should see Homey and inside you should find all access approved. I did not find a way to add here but probably happens when connecting Homey to Netatmo. Could be you need to remove this before adding again if this even are related to your problem.

What firmware and hardware are you running? I see there is a option to turn updates off so could be something there.

Does a restarting your router and (all) WiFi access point(s) make a difference?

Thank you. Removing the Homey permissions in the Netatmo app solved the problem.

Thank you! I had the same problem - realized that the temp values were a month old - had 5(!) homey grants in the Netatmo app - all were removed when I removed one and after that I could re-add my devices.
