Overnight I’ve lost connectivity to a number of matter and my home connected products. Would any know what would case this? Homey Pro and wife is all connected as normal
Hi Simon, welcome.
What have you tried already in order fix it? (think of powering Homey off for 10 minutes, changing the power unit, restart wifi router, and such);
What happened over night, i mean, try think of anything that could have changed, including the wife (did she curse it?)

last time the same thing happend when changing to summer time, think has effect on homeys internal clock.
The past 10 days or so I experience frequently that my Homey pro loses connections with apps in Homey, like Netatmo and Philips Hue.
Before that it happened once in a while, but the past days it happens almost every day. This is very annoying, since you discover this only afterwards, when for example sun screens have been open for the whole (sunny) day already.
Do others recognise this, and is there a (planned) solution, better than reinstalling apps in Homey or disconnecting the power to Homey pro all the time?
Hi, I have problems with Netatmo updated to the Homey Pro app. It freezes, showing last days value, eg for rain. Restarting the Homey Pro app (early 2019) and do a repair solve the problem for a day. It does not show any red marks in the Homey Pro app, just does not update. The netatmo app is also connected to «Tibber» app, this has no problems with connectivity. Any ideal how to solve?
Hi Kjatle,
Interesting to hear you have the same problem. Please see a different website topic where I had also posted this problem, and have just written an update:
Do you still have the same problem?
Hi
I removed the official Netatmo app, then installed the Community app instead:
Bticino/Legrand/Netatmo
This has worked without any problems. I became aware of the update problems in Netamo app when starting to use the rain sensor in Netatmo for garden watering flows.
Regards
Thank you for your advice!
Good to know! Although I have more than 100 flows that use weather conditions. A.o. to control a number sun screens during time intervals during the day, depending on different weather conditions. So it will not be easy for me to start using another app, since I assume I will then have to reenter the weather conditions in every flow. I think I rather wait for a solution in the official Netatmo app… I am waiting for almost half a year now…
NB: do you also have very much flows using Netatmo weather data, like 200 flows? I use both Homey Pro and Homey Premium at the same time, since migrating more than 100 flows from Premium to Pro by rebuilding all flows takes me too much time. Do you also have such reasons that might burden the connection between Homey and Netatmo to much?
Hi, no I have no more than 10-12 flows that uses weather station data.
As the Hue interface also had problems, at least with update of the hue socket and hue movement sensor, I created a fee flows for Hue Interface.
So maybe you can create some interface-flows that reads the Netamo and writes to Homey Variables.
Then use the Homey variables in the 200 flows.
Now you may have only a few flows to update if you want to switch between the two apps that can read Netatmo. BR
