I have an Homey Pro and in the last days I have had some connection problems, it turns out that it is disconnected and automatically connected to the network, once or twice in the week.
Does anyone have an idea of what is the problem?
What Homey Pro model do you have? And how is it connected to your network (via WiFi or wired via ethernet adapter)?
Hello, I have a Homey Pro 2023 and it is connected via WiFi.
I would try to unplug Homey from power for 30 seconds and re-plug it again.
I had that problem for a couple of days in a row with my Homey Pro 2023 and I believe this is what fixed it. Not entirely sure since an update was also pushed to my Homey around the same time but if it was the update who fixed it, you would not experience the issue anymore either)
And if possible connect it also via a wired connection
And if possible, fix the ip addresses

I’ve also had lost connections from time to time, usually once a day.
I’ve checked now the event log in the Internet router and there was always an interruption of the Internet connection, because the DNS servers were unavailable.
I’ve now entered an additional DNS server as a fallback. Let’s see if that helps.
