Prescence stopped working in my flows around 14 days ago.
Anyone experienced the same or am I just unaware of some “upgrade”? Or just plain stupid…?
What is it exactly that isn’t working for you? Is it not noticing you leaving/coming home?
Yep. According to Homey I left the house 12 days ago…
… and never came home(y).
Did you check the location of homey in settings in the app. Had one time that my homey was 2km away suddenly😬
Yes. I checked. It is correct.
I also noticed it was not working right.
But, was still looking if it was because of something I did.
It is still working but not always.
I think for me it is working about 60 percent of the time.
Glad it is not just me.
Did you check the apps access to your location? It might have changed rights or something.
If I check the app’s “Location”, my position - that is my phone - is on the right spot.
However, I don’t know how Homey itself knows where it is? Is there a setting for that?
A few days ago I had the same issue. After a reboot of Homey the problem seemed to be solved. For me still not clear what causes the issue.

Does the better presence app give you a different result?
I don’t use the Better Presence app. And I don’t want to. I want Homeys announced presence function to function.

We have to guess if u did a PTP.
We have to guess if u re-installed ur mobile Homey app.
We have to guess if u turned the automatic location finder off and on again.
We have to guess what Homey version u are running.
And we also have to guess what phone OS u are running.
Blaming Homey’s announced Presense doesn’t work is the easy part.
Giving as much information as u can is always the hard part!
