I got the reply on July 18. Hopefully they have updated their response template by now. 
Latest info from support (took them aprox. 12 hours to respond) :
This issue with an increased load on the CPU, roughly every two hours, has already been reported by other users and Development is investigating the issue at the moment. We hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I had some correspondence with support on the increasing memory build up. There is currently no solution and they dont know what is causing this, its now with the developers and hopefully it will be improved with an update. For now the only solution support indicated is a daily restart…
Anyone with latest 10.3.0 firmware who van confirm improvement with these strange CPU peaks?
