Please explain this pattern in System CPU load

Latest info from support (took them aprox. 12 hours to respond) : This issue with an increased load on the CPU, roughly every two hours, has already been reported by other users and Development is investigating the issue at the moment. We hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
