Nuki App stopped and won’t allow me to access my lock

I have a 3 pro (no bridge required) and it seems to be working fine.

It’s only if you have the nuki with the bridge.

2 Nuki Ultra’s here. Tried to connect via matter but with both unable to. Connecting leads to time out during connection to thread. Is somebody else experiencing the same?

I found the issue. My phone was not connected to the same network as homey was. After switching on WiFi on my phone, matter connection between Homey and Nuki devices could be established.

Do we get full functionallity when using Nuki Ultra via matter. So also Remote Acces etc?

Yes, you do! That’s the beauty of Matter, the Nuki lock can access the interwebs via Matter over Thread, which means it’ll also work with the Nuki mobile app.

I am using the Nuki Ultra lock via the Homey app and WiFI but your advice is to Switch to matter? Right?

I switched to matter. I had to pair it via iOS but as for now it works like a champ! All functions.

How can I check if it is connected through wifi or Matter. I installed my Nuki Ultra a year ago. It works fine anyway.

You can check the device’s Advanced Settings; if you see Matter-related options, it’s connected via Matter. Otherwise, it’s using the Nuki Cloud API.
