Hi, Indeed I also have the same problem and I ended up finding the reason. For my part, the problem recurs every time the NUKI 4.0 lock disconnects from the WIFI. If there is a WIFI cut I must redo the repair procedure in Homey and it works again. I hope I was able to provide a food for thought. H…

Thank you for your feedback but unfortunately it is already configured with fixed IP and it has not settled anything.
