Since a few weeks my Nuki 4.0 lock keeps losing connection. It says the device is unavailable. After repairing the device (logging into Nuki again through Homey → Repair) it works again for a few days. But then it loses connection again.
Anyone else with this problem? Is there a solution for this?
Indeed I also have the same problem and I ended up finding the reason. For my part, the problem recurs every time the NUKI 4.0 lock disconnects from the WIFI. If there is a WIFI cut I must redo the repair procedure in Homey and it works again. I hope I was able to provide a food for thought.
Check if you can give your Nuki a fixed/static IP address. In theory, Homey should be able to discover the device when it has changed its IP address, but that’s only in theory
