Nuki door lock

Dear people, we are not making progress. For some time now, the official (beta) app of Tuya has not been working anymore. Connected devices can still be operated, but adding new ones is no longer possible.
Since this morning there is also a problem with Nuki. The door lock can no longer be operated via Homey and flows no longer work either. When using “repair” you get an error message and it says “Too Many Requests”. If you want to lock or unlock the door lock via the Homey app you get the message “Missing Token”.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Not quite right. New devices can be added in the app if you already have it installed and connected to Tuya - I did just that this morning. However, new people can’t sign up to install the app for the time being.

Athom has explained the Tuya issue which is caused by Tuya’s action.

The last update of the Nuki app is three month ago. Acc. the Homey Server Status page, everything is working.
So maybe there are some issues at Nuki side, or they changed something, or there are some issues on your network and/or internet connection.

Just checked the Nuki status site:

Hi Andy,

Athom keeps repeating that, but it’s just not true.

I use the Tuya phone app for over 4 years now, and the ‘official’ Tuya app since the first test version, which was in June 2024.

However, somewhere down the line I had to login again, and I get the same error message others reported as well.

And still logged in users apparently can’t add new devices.

@Shideban You can install the Tuya Cloud community app for the time being, next to the ‘official’ Tuya app.

Well, it’s true in my experience - I’ve added devices without a problem since the issue started. As I understand it, there’s no issue unless you have to login to Tuya. Adding and removing devices doesn’t require a login once the app is set up.

As you say, you’ve managed to trip the login requirement somehow, which is unfortunate, and I hope that doesn’t happen to me. In the meantime, my Tuya setup continues to work well.
