Newbie problems with Pro 2026

I’ve just bought the Homey Pro 2026 as I’m fed up with Home Assistant. Much to like but I’m already hitting problems. Is this the place to seek help?

Examples: I have connected some Sonoff devices but cannot link the Plug S60TPG. It’s not listed in the Sonoff App. How do I bring it into Homey?

I have tried loading some Apps and other elements but they fail to complete, often leaving the little wheel circling constantly.

I’d appreciae advice as to how to get round these and where to look/ask for help

Is it a WiFi smart plug? In that case, you can use the eWeLink app:

eWeLink | Homey

If it’s a ZigBee device, you can add it using + → Add device → ZigBee

That’s pretty vague. If (you think) it’s an app issue, post your questions in the dedicated app topics

If you are looking for an app, the quickest way to check whether a device is supported, is to search the app store Homey Apps
