I have a Nedis ZBRC10WT in my homey it is installed with the Tuya Zigbee Expremental app some time ago and it works great, but now I got another one the same (Nedis ZBRC10WT 4 button remote ) but I can’t install it it just connects as unknown device, what is this and is there anything I can do
You can never trust TuYa devices to be supported by Homey, even if you have exactly the same model already. That’s because they often change their internal identifiers, which Homey cannot handle.
