Is there anyway to add Nedis universal wifi remote to Homey Pro?
Yes.
If you haven’t: add it to the Tuya Smart app or SmartLife app on your smartphone.
Then, with the app you use, create a tap-to-run scene for every button you’ve defined for every virtual remote you’ve created.
Now install the Tuya Cloud app and configure it (take your time)

I can get it for little less than 18€ so I will buy it and hope I can get it to work
I can control my TV (Panasonic) via a Homey app so goal is to also control my TV box and Home Cinema sound.
