Namron Zigbee Termostat 16A - can't add

I’v tried several times to add my termostat, but nothing happens and i havt to start over and over.
Tels my to waint some time and try again. see picture
Still no success

Any tips?

The error msg is odd while Homey is not able update device firmware.

Are you sure you’ve read all z-wave related knowledge base articles?

If that does not help, I’d suggest to create a so called issue here.

It might be Homey’s Z-Wave firmware that’s being updated.

But does updating z-wave firmware happen on the fly, just like that? I’d expect it to be updated along with firmware updates.
(I know, “Thy should not expect” :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:).
When updating firmware, Homey is not reachable & managable…

To be more specific: it might be that Homey thinks it’s Z-Wave firmware is being updated, like something got stuck. The code where the error gets thrown is related to that too.
