Meross App Support

Thanks for the update! I was actually hoping for the radiator thermostat MTS150 before winter, but good things come to those who wait. Keep up the good work!

Will MTS200HK model be supported in future?

That will depend on whether Meross adds support for these devices in their new API which we’re using. I’ll make sure to forward these requests.

Hi @Doekse! Do you already know if there will be a local connection integration for the MSG100 with HomeKit support? To clarify, I have the MSG100 model with HomeKit support which I use with Apple CarPlay, but I would also like to integrate it with Homey with a local connection/API if possible.

@Doekse, do you have an ETA?

Hi everyone, I’ve just released the first test version of the official Meross App for Homey. You can check out the forum topic here.

Good news!

Will MSS425F EU model be supported in future?

Please post all the requests in the new forum topic, that way I can easily foward them to Meross

Hi, First of all, thank you to the entire team working on the Meross app.

For the past few months, I’ve been having a problem with my MSL120 light bulb. When I try to change the color via the Homey interface, it always reverts back to white, regardless of the color I select. The only solutions are either to create a Homey automation (which is quite cumbersome), or to use the Meross app, which makes using a wall-mounted tablet impractical.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? What can I do to fix it? Everything is up to date, both Homey and the Meross app.

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to integrate a Meross MSH450 Matter Hub with my Homey Pro (2023) using Matter over Wi-Fi, but I’m facing some communication issues.

Here’s my network setup:

  • Main router: Ubiquiti UDM Pro Max

  • Access Point: UniFi Wi-Fi antenna located in the garage

  • The Meross MSH450 hub is connected (Wi-Fi / Ethernet tested) inside the garage, near the AP

  • My Homey Pro is in the house, connected to the same UDM Pro Max network (same LAN / subnet)

  • There’s no direct Wi-Fi coverage between Homey and the garage, but both are connected to the same router

The Meross hub is visible in the Meross app and works fine, but Homey can’t discover it via Matter, even though both devices are on the same network.

I’ve already checked the following:

:white_check_mark: mDNS is enabled on the UDM Pro Max (“Gateway mDNS Proxy = Auto”)

:white_check_mark: Client isolation is disabled on the SSID

:white_check_mark: Multicast / broadcast traffic is not blocked

:white_check_mark: Tried both Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections for the MSH450

However, the Matter pairing still fails — Homey does not detect the Meross hub.

Does anyone have experience using the Meross MSH450 with Homey Pro in a Ubiquiti setup?

Could the fact that Homey and the hub are on different APs (but same LAN) affect mDNS discovery for Matter?

Any tips for this specific combination (UDM Pro Max + UniFi AP + Matter device in garage) would be very helpful!

Thanks in advance for your help :folded_hands:
