Strangely I can not connect matter devices directly to my Homey Pro 2023. When I add an device, and select matter, i
first try the add ‘via Homey Pro directly’, here i put in the matter code (switching also the device in pairing mode). It keeps searching for minutes without any message
secondly try to add ‘via iOS’, found the device, put in the matter code, select ‘add to homey pro’, after that is says connecting and configurating and in a few tries i can put in the device name (still in the iOS UI) and after that it can not find the device
You have a different problem, where Homey is able to pair the device but it doesn’t support its device type. This is different from pairing not working at all.

It seems like Android and IOS hands it over to Homey, and there seems to be the issue…
R33, runs youre homey experimental or regular firmware?
Being unable to find a device really is something different from Homey saying that it doesn’t support the device. In the latter case, the device is paired, Homey has interviewed it, and it’s unable to map it to an existing Matter “virtual device” (like a light, socket, switch, sensor, etc).
@R33 can you show a screenshot where it says it cannot find the device?
