Imported my lutron shades. Instead of a percentage of 0-100 its 0-1000. Which in programming I can deal with, but if using voice controls and you say 50% it will barely move. This is because its going to 50 out of 1000.
Anyone else have an issue with Lutron Caseta position percentage being x100 in homey?
This isn’t following Homey’s generic dim value (0-1 / 0%-100%) standard and the app code should be adjusted imho.
I suggest to contact the app dev, per homey-lutron-caseta@drenso.nl (as found @ app store app page).

Update: I reached out to Lutron via the link on the Homey app page. This is their response:
“Thank you for your message. This is unfortunately a problem that is known, but you should contact Athom the company behind Homey yourself as it is a problem at their side. You can contact them via Contact | Homey. I will be closing this ticket as we cannot help you any further.”
So I went to the homey contact/support page and sent a message there, but I can’t tell if that went to Athom or just back to Lutron again because it said it would be sent to the app developer. Wouldn’t that just be going back in circles to Lutron?
I guess we’ll need to contact the creator of the app (Dresno V.O.F.
I’ve been using motion control, so it hasn’t been urgent for me, but I know down the line a client will want to utilize voice control. I’ll reach out later today
