I can’t manage to connect my LUTEC garden post to Homey; I can only get it working with the LUTEC app. Does anyone have a solution?

Why do you assume that these lamps are compatible with Homey? Which radio protocol is used (Zigbee, Wifi, etc.)? Is there an app for these lamps in the Homey App Store?
Only Zigbee lamps work (partially) “out of the box” without additional Homey app.
Looks like Tuya looking at screenshots in the ggl app store.
When you install Tuya Smart app on your phone, and it’s possible to pair the Lutec stuff, you can control it with Homey Tuya Cloud app

Before you go any further, can you pair a Lutec device with the Tuya Smart app on your phone?
Otherwise it’s pointless to install Tuya Cloud on Homey
