Any one knows of a good outdoor movement sensor that works with Homey PRO?

The hue ouDoo motion sensor works really well.

Advantage of the sensor:

  • the “dead time” is really short (when movement stops it will report “no motion” really quick, dont know the exact spec by heart but its just 2 or 3 sec or even less
  • It also measures lux AND reports it independend of motion

The Black and white one - Outdoor sensor in the Philips Hue, without hub in the Homey app?

Works fine both directly connected to homey and via the hue hub to homey.

IKEA Vallhorn has IP44 rating so that should be able to handle outdoor conditions.
