Hue Outdoor sensor works in philips app but Homey pro can’t find it.

Philips Hue Bridge PRO (brand new)

The Other Outdoor sensor of Hue works fine with a other 2.0 hue bridge.

Is the Outdoor sensor not working with Homey pro and Hue Bridge PRO?

Somebody same issue?

I don’t see why an outdoor sensor can’t be added as “motion sensor”; it probably is the same inside the box. Did you try to add it as motion sensor already?

Yes it should work, I have my Outdoor Sensor added as “Motion sensor”, that works fine. Have you tried restarting the Hue app on Homey?

After migration to Hue Bridge PRO a lot doenst show up anymore.. But they are all in the Hue app but when try to add them to Homey Pro, they don’t show up. It’s look like its buggy

Yes, one is working on a 2.0 bridge and the other one is on the new Hue Bridge Pro, visable in the Philips app but wont show up in the homey app when you try to add it..

yes, but didn’t help. also the button to migrate fix doesn’t work.

Did you migrate the sensor from the “old” Hue bridge? Have you tried removing the sensor (that was paired on the old Bridge) from Homey?
