Sorry for my bad explanation. Of course I have the card that says “the time is later than”.
I don´t know to make the flow more simple than:
"WHEN "LG tv stopped playing (also tried inactive) “AND” the time is later than xxxx “THEN” turn off the lights.
As mentioned the flow (advanced) works with the “play flow” in the webinterface but in real life it doesn´t work. So I do not understand what the sending of a notification should change? I have several flows that includes my HUE lights without any problem so I don´t think that sending me a notification should make any diffence - Homey talks to my HUE lights without any problem.
I think that the lights doesn´t turn off is a valid confirmation just as a notification.
Your suggestions is most appriceated and my experience is that this forum helps out. Sometimes I get stuck in a wrong mindset - so thank You.
There are three things that can go wrong with that flow:
the WHEN card doesn’t work
the AND card doesn’t work
the THEN card doesn’t work
So you need to find out which one isn’t working. My guess would be the WHEN card, which is why I proposed to use a simple flow that only has two cards.
I’ve been encountering the issue lately that when my LG TV is turned on, it doesn’t show up as “on” in Homey. It still appears as “off” there and, therefore, cannot be controlled. If I manually restart the LG WebOS app in Homey, it works again. A possibly useful note: the LG ThinQ app on my phone does show the correct status.
Some more testing done, I now have a simple flow WHEN lgtv is turned off (also tried inactive) turn off a specific light. Still doesn´t work in real life but in the app when trying the flow.
So turning off the TV in the Homey app it works turning off the light but the problem that I have an AppleTv connected so when I turn off the LG tv in the homey app the flow works but it doesn´t infact turn the TV off due to the fact that the AppleTV isn´t turned off.
Hope You understand, I think maybe that the problem is the Apple TV that is turned off - sends a signal via HDMI to also turn off the LG TV (that is done in real life) but somehow the LG TV app in Homey doesn´t recognize this.
