To control it from Homey without flash the Lanbon with open source.

It says Tuya Wifi.

So it should work when you pair it with the mobile Tuya Smart app
Install Tuya Cloud app @ Homey
Follow set-up instructions
Then you can Send / Receive commands using “Raw commands”
