Is there any way to use Aqara FP2 additional features within Homey?

Hello guys!

I have 4 Aqara FP2 presence sensors and as mere presence sensors they work flawlessly with the Homekit controller. I am actually very happy with that and they control all my current presence activities. What I am asking is the features that the FP2 provide from within the Aqara app like zones within a room, sleep monitoring and fall detection. Is that something doable or at least in the works?

I think you should ask your question directly in the appropriate forum:

But you can already use different zones💁🏻‍♂️

How? The developer said that Aqara Zones for some reason are not visible in Homey, which is the same thing as not working…

And what is that?

I don’t know what is that because I do not understand whatever your language is but the developer to me via PM or direct message that the AQARA zones, from the Aqara app do not transfer to Homey. If you know a way to do that, could you please share? Here or via message, that is what we are here for, right?

I would really appreciate it… :grinning:

Thanks! I guess that what he meant was that the name of the zone would not travel from Aqara APP to Homey. I guess you can create them one by one and use the labels in the settings…I do not see other way but that works and I have 5 of them for 3 months to this day using them as mere room presence sensors. Is my fault for not even trying after misinterpreting what he really meant by the zones not passing from the Aqara App to Homey…lol

Hello

Since you answered your own question the first time, I didn’t notice anything.

And the second time, you just replied to the thread.

The third time I was notified because you answered me

Sorry, I didn’t even notice that you had written, I would have liked to help you.

But now you have the solution yes, that’s exactly how it is :+1:t3:

No, thank you for sharing that picture. I need to see to believe…lol
