Internet data down after installing homey pro

I’m new to homey and was very excited when the new homey pro 2023 was delivered. Installing and adding devices was no problem and everything is running smoothly but now I have on big problem…

After installing the homey pro my internet stops working multiple times a day. The WiFi signal is still strong but there is no data transfer. I don’t have internet on any iPhone, laptop etc. When I unplug homey, the data on my WiFi network is back.

What am i doing wrong and more import how can I use the homey pro and have a proper WiFi connection with data?

It is a WiFi-related issue or does the connection also go down for devices that are hardwired (provided you have any)? Does your internet router provide any clues on what might be going on?

This certainly isn’t normal.

I have never heard that before.
Which router are you using? Could it be that an IP is assigned twice? I think the problem is with your router.

Sorry for the late reply. I found the problem, it was not Homey but the second router that caused the problem. It’s strange because the router was working before, but who cares the problem is solved :blush:. Now that it is fixed I can continue with building my smart house. Thanks for the quick replies!!
