You are right, I am wrong :slightly_smiling_face:
Corrected my statement above.

If you read carefully:

“The Homey Pro Ethernet Adapter is designed to be placed near Homey Pro’s power adapter.

I’ll try this one.
DollaTek CNC USB TYP-C DC DC Wandler CC CV 4-13V bis 1-30V 2A 15W Leistungsmodul Einstellbares geregeltes Netzteil QC2.0 3.0 https://amzn.eu/d/brNoCR2
Some € more but fast EU delivery :grinning:
Difference is only the button so set target voltage.

No more patience to wait for the promised adapter from Homey. So yesterday I ordered the Raspberry PI 4 USB-C Adapter. But forget that this does not work with the Homey Pro ethernet adapter. So now also ordered a USB-C to USB-C connection.

For now with the Raspberry PI 4 adapter no more warnings from the Sysinternals app.
But only with WiFi for now.

Thanks @Dijker for the great app!

With a new USB voltmeter I tested the standard Samsung power supply
grafik

It has 5.3V output without load.
With LAN adapter and HP23 (voltmeter directly at Homey) it was going down to 5.06 V while booting. The unvervoltage warning kept false.

With the original cable ? For me solution was to use shorten cable

Yes, original Homey cable.

My Experience, it can function long time OK with a certain Adapter/cable and than you get a underVoltage Alert after days.
Just than you are Lucky you get a notification
You can restart (if you want to clear it) or just monitor how often it comes.
And maybe just change a cable …

Please send a foto with connected ethernet adapter and the voltmeter at the end of the chain like this

I shuffled the old and the new send power adapter. How can I find out what’s new and the old. They look exactly the same.

found it, 5,2Volt versus 5 Volt

Anybody have experience with the Google TV ethernet adapter?

Athom writes that this adapter is compatible…
I find it a little strange as this adapter delivers just 5V/1.5A.

I ordered my HP2023 without ethernet adapter since I have 3 of these coming.
I might have missed Athom’s disclaimer so I would be reassured if you can share your experience.

We recommend to use the Homey Pro Ethernet Adapter together with the official power adapter that comes with Homey Pro. However, this is a list of alternative adapters that might work for your specific scenario. Please understand that we cannot give support when you are using an alternative power source.

I’m sure they tested it well (this time), and this power supply delivers enough voltage. 1.5A is probably more than enough for normal operation.

Officially I guess, I’m sure they won’t ignore you when asking questions here or @ Slack?
