After swithing to pro 23 from pro 18 some of my Hue tap dials stopped working and i have to exlcude and include them again?
Why just some of them and not all?
How can prevent this from happening?

Hard to say with this small amount of details.
Good questions, I think it’s possible to get answers, we just need a bit more details ![]()
I meant the early 2019 and i switched via backup.
Im using the Hue bridge pro
including with Philips Hue athom b.v (yellow logo)
Dials are not configured in Hue app
it seems like its reoccurring but just on some of them?
Ok, so you use the Philips Hue app (with bridge), but you haven’t configured the Dials in the Hue app. Do you mean configured or installed? Usually when using Philips Hue, you add devices in Philips Hue and you can than add those via the Philips Hue app in Homey. Via this way the Philips Hue bridge has his own Zigbee network and usually runs without any issue.
If you’ve added the dials via zigbee to Homey, there might be a Zigbee connectivity issue. Homey creates its own Zigbee network, and the current might differ with the previous (on your Homey Pro early 19). Zigbee networks can interfere with Wifi 2.4 Ghz networks, and that might be the cause that those dials stop working. More on that you’ll find in this tutorial. If you know your way around zigbee and wifi channels this picture tells alot (otherwise read the article)
Can you verify how those Hue Tap dials are added to Homey?
