[HowTo] Removing Homey (Pro) from your Account

As there have been several questions here on the community:

For Homey (Service) aka the Cloud it is a little different.

Just FYI, I get why you’re providing info @ this forum which lacks from the knowledge base, or for outdated kb stuff, but this Homey removal info is in the kb for all 3 Homey models, to be found with search phrase “remove”:

Hi, I finally upgraded to tje Homey Pro 2023.
Now I want to delete my old Homey Pro 2016 from my account, but can’t figure it out.
I followed this tutorial:
Removing Homey

But I get this screen

What is the right way?

Did you create a second account perhaps?
If so, you would have to temporary log into the app with the first account, and try the procedure again.

I think everything here is still valid.

Therefore Moved and closed.

Or Factory Reset your Homey Pro

After step 7 not connecting an account it should be removed from your Account.

I just Checked and you should be able IF that Homey Pro is OFFLINE,
although I didn’t remove my Homey Pro now :wink:
