I have the new Homey Pro 2023, and want to remove the Homey Pro 2016 from my account. I read that I should do a factory reset, and then delete all data. But the issue is that the new Homey app doesn’t allow a Homey 2016 setup because the new app doesn’t support that. So I have tried the windows setup and even that doesn’t work. I am connected to thw homey Wifi, but from there nothing works, no matter what browers I use.
I really need my old Homey removed from my account as it messes up my shotcut widgets on my android phone.
Are there more people experiencing this issue and are there any solutions?
