Afaik you should remove it from Homekit first
I found a working solution (translated):
First add the lock in Aqara (phone app?)
Then in the app go to Aqara -Domain -Bind then press set button lock briefly.
Select ‘operated’, then the app will open the bluetooth.
Then to the Homey app and add device - use Matter of course, scan the code on the lock, and see it getting added.
