I would like to get my Aqara U50 door lock into my Homey Pro. But I do not see the Aqara integration listing this lock. Does anyone know another way to get this setup?

If it’s not supported by an app/the Homey Aqara app, then it’s not possible to use it directly with Homey Pro.
There might be workarounds via Home Assistant for example, but I didn’t checked.
By using an additional Matter enabled Aqara hub, you can add the lock as Matter device to Homey.

Are you sure? The U50 smart lock doesn’t support Matter itself or via an Aqara Hub, like other Aqara devices do. iI’s a „clean“ Zigbee device.
I wouldn’t bet my good eye on it of course, Dirk, but the screenshot info concerns the U50.
It’s true almost all Aqara devices are zigbee devices, but,
Aqara invented the Matter-over-thread-over-AqaraHub-over-zigbee construction, to ebable Matter for supported devices like the U50
