Homey Pro vs (Mini + Bridge)

The Homey Pro costs $131 more than the Homey Pro Mini + the Homey Bridge. Except for the difference in RAM, I don’t see any differences between the two options. How might I regret going with the combination rather than the Homey Pro? Thank you.

Thank you Robert. So my take on this is, except for differences in communication, RAM and an LED indicator, I won’t see any differences in capabilities today. But I need to ask something - am I correct that the Mini can still use Wi-Fi devices that are on the same LAN that it is? Also, would you be willng to give your opinion on how all of this might change as the three products mature?

Actually, based on the Homey Mini product page, the combined devices (Mini + Bridge) seem to offer the same connectivity as the Pro:

LAN devices are accessible on the Pro via WiFi or Ethernet (if connected via an additional dongle) and on the Mini always via Ethernet.

If you are going to use many apps, which be most likely the case if you are using different brands of devices and want to add additional functionality from community apps, then you may want to consider more RAM.
