Sounds like it can take a while, when I read the other order numbers that are still waiting!

So the latest Athom blog post with timeframes is not so realistic anymore. And pretty far away from December eta when I ordered or did they mean this year December. :sweat_smile:

Mine was delivered 5 minutes ago… I forgot to ask if he might have yours. :wink: Hope it still arrives.

Well it just says it couldn’t be delivered. No new date, no info, no pickup point. And there was no one at my door, at least not according to my video doorbell.

Next time I order something and the shop doesn’t specify which company they use for shipping I will ask and/or not order whenever it is DPD.

Damn, had that issue with Homey 2016, but that was after a year or two.
Use it with another adapter and file a support case to Athom, they’ll send you a new PSU.

Yeah, entered a support ticket now, explaining how I handled in discovering the Power adapter was DOA.

51350 and still nothing. I hope I Will have some update today…received the email « homey will ship soon » last Tuesday and the « Read this first » email last Thursday bud nothing since this last one saying tracking info will be sent in a separate email.

It could be a prioritization for NL? Or that it’s just not being marked as shipped before they’ve sent a batch shipment to other countries.
But it would be nice to get an explanation on how the shipping process is organized, and why some with order numbers several thousand numbers later are getting their package first.

I’m from NL with order 50xxx and haven’t received a shipping notification either.

Weird. That really doesn’t make any sense.

i also have in 50xxx range and still nothing :frowning: @Emile please explain. I’m sure the is a valid reason, but please keep us informed. You promise something one day, and do something other the next day…

Well, as mentioned above I got two emails where one included a tracking link but that tracking info is stuck on “Ready to ship”
