Almost thinking something is going wrong with my order… @Emile
So we’re talking 7000 orders between non-shipped and shipped.
It’s probably a lot of “dead” orders as well due to the heavy load on release, but still. I’d like to just know what’s going on, what to expect. Is it an error, or just a logistics explanation.
on slack there is mentions of some issues at the logistical level, all units from before 58000 were sent to logistics, and they’re working on getting them shipped out.
Order nr 512…. All information received, mail and adress control but……… no info and or final delivery:see_no_evil:. Yes maybe Switzerland takes more time . As I understand from all different messages the order nr is not a liable reverence on delivery order. Will keep calm and cool and crossing my fingers to receive it this week . Will keep you all informed when I get it

Just hope Suisse customs are not going to take ages to get the Homey cleared (and billed haha).
Cause we are out of the EU it’s always a time taking procedure and cost of about 7% on the value plus handling costs of around 50 Euro:rofl:
