Homey Pro (Early 2023) - Community Order Tracker

I live in Venlo, and received mine today. The package was received by DPD last night… So except for the no clue when to be home, the proces is not that bad. (This time!!)

As @Martijn_C already mentioned, @Twan_Janssen;
The short cable of the ethernet adapter goes into the power supply and the long usb-cable is to be connected between ethernet adapter and HP23.

Nope, the power adapter supplied with the Homey does not provide any power, at all. If I take out the power cable from the power adapter, and plug it into another usb C power adapter, the Homey powers up very nicely.

Are they still using cheap crappy adapters? Sure, a small percentage or percentile, can fail. But the HP19 was infamous for it’s bad power supply.

apparently, but if I remember correctly, the 2019 version was not shipped with a power adapter at all.

I was very lucky that I have a Anker USB charger with a USB C port, otherwise I would not have been able to use my new Homey…

Same here with order #52405. First you receive a teasing e-mail…next the shipment never happened :frowning:

In my case, a power supply was included.

Mine was never sent before the weekend :frowning: would be nice if homey informed it was only sendings to the Netherlands before the weekend

I don’t think that’s the reason. I live in The Netherlands and I didn’t receive any notification either.

I had ordernr #56243, I live in Zutphen in Nl, and I got it around 12:00

Well, not a big problem or something like it. But interesting to read that #56xxx is received and mine #52xxx (NL) is not even shipped. Maybe next week :smiling_face:

Sorry i made you a little bit unhappy.

Maybe it has to do with extra big piles of boxes with mixed numbers, or different piles for different distribution-centres or something.

The good news -of course- is that you now know that it is coming soon…
