Homey Pro (2023) is not accessible without internet!?

It is a support issue and has to do with many concerns here. Sales will tell you anything for a sell. Your concern should be like mine, how come it takes so long to get support?

To make Homey really local, the complete system architecture has to be redesigned and implemented. And maybe also the business model. Think about the web applications like tools and my.homey.app. And everything else I cannot foresee as I don’t know exactly the system architecture. That is far out of scope for a support issue.

And… it’s after the AMA. In response was explained that Homey Pro uses HTTPS protocol and it’s hard to achieve it locally, but Fibaro has HTTPS… and even if there is no way to do HTTPS locally, why would I even need HTTPS in my own local network? I can live with it like I live with Synology NAS which also don’t use HTTPS locally.

I feel more insecure using cloud based solution than using HTTP in closed local network.
