Athom confirmed development is working on Zigbee issues to people with 2023 and with 2019 version. Chips were flashed, no banana.

This was a very interesting read. I’m having the exact same problems as you and have about 35 router devices and only 3-4 end devices in my network. My router devices are sockets, dimmers, thermostats and switches from ELKO, and I’m using the ELKO Smart app for Homey Pro. Everything seems to work flawlessly up to 10-15 devices, but after that when adding more devices the network starts crashing at a frequency proportional to the number of added devices it seems like.

Thanks Floppus, for me it seemed the Zigbee network did not even start (driver could not be loaded).
In the meantime the Homey does not even start up anymore it seems: not LED ring lighting up when the power goes in, only some buzzing noise from the speaker when I put my ear next to it.
@robertklep I’ll contact Homey, hopefully something can be fixed still. Also have no backups.
it have worked a few times after longer power failure with the fix linked previous in the thread by @Daniel_S . today it is not, have done a software download a couple of times but zigbee still dead. is it reset zigbee network that is the only option now?
I’ve been dealing with this issue for a long time now.
I was happy to see the relases of new firmware but the bad news is that firmware version 10.3.1 has not fixed the problem for me.
I just had two devices leaving the network. It mostly concerns philips hue devices ( RWL021 and SML001). Could the ‘philips hue without the bridge’ app be causing this? I have 4 routers in my network and no wifi channels are close to the zigbee channel. As reported before the devices are still active.
