Homey Pro (2019) does not boot / no connection

My Homey Pro stopped working (red circle). Tried switching on and off multiple times, HomeyPro does not boot, hangs, stops at green or yellow circle. Cannot access device as then still not connected with app: app shows “Homey Pro is offline”.
How can I reboot safely or in any way?

Change the power supply.
