I think you’re better off with one of the example apps: Power by the Hour.
This has perfect dynamic price driven energy control possibilities.
The energy tab until now seems to be more about graphics and not or less about managing energy.
But, while it’s still in beta, maybe Athom has plans for adding flowcards.
