How do you activate the dynamic price tab
Join the appâs âtestflightâ or âbeta" testers program in the ios / android app store.
After a while, youâll be added and you can install the test or beta version of the Homey app, which has the dynamic prices onboard (except for the white ball Homey models).
From what I understand the availability for âtestflight" users is limited.
Howto for Android:
When I want to change to Dynamic on my ipad, I canât enter tariff & Tax. If I hit the Save (Opslaan) Iâm getting the error that Dynamic pricing is not available for this Country.. Hmm, I live in The Netherlands.. so why not?
On mij Android Phone everyting works as expected.. It doesnât sync with my Ipad.. ![]()
Now it works, TestFlight didnât showed an update.. but now it does and it worksâŠ
Nice job!
I got the android experimental today. Always wondered why android get theirs a week after iphone. AnywayâŠ. Seam to work but i cant set tax and the extra cost per kwh. They go back to blanc value.
Are there any ways to use this for automation. I cannot find any flowcards that exposes changes in electricity prices.
I think youâre better off with one of the example apps: Power by the Hour.
This has perfect dynamic price driven energy control possibilities.
The energy tab until now seems to be more about graphics and not or less about managing energy.
But, while itâs still in beta, maybe Athom has plans for adding flowcards.
Italian people is not availableâŠ. Any chance to see it?
Same for Austria ![]()
also switzerland not available⊠Iâd like to have the high and low tariffs displayed (we still have two tariffs depending on the time of day)
That was quick
android new exp version today and now the tax field and the other works ![]()
I was looking at the new dynamic pricing tab. I thought that this would also enable you to set a peak and off-peak tariff (depending on the time of day) in case you have a fixed or variable (not dynamic) energy contract. However that does not seem possible. Am I missing something?
I just enabled it, and it looks nice.. something I ran into was that unlike in PbtH the tarif value has to be entered without the BTW(VAT). That caused me to initially see either a wrong value at low-times or a wrong one at peak times when comparing it to my energy provider values (or PbtH)..
So if you already use PbtH and know the tarif value from there, remove the VAT first (in my case I divided by 1.21 as I have 21% tax).
When you have dynamic prices enabeld, does it only count the imported energy to the total and does not subtract the exported energy?
Seems a bit weirdâŠ
I got a weird issue since last Saturday.
Since the introduction of dynamic prices the price indication was pretty accurate. But since a reboot of Homey the price is not correct anymore. As you can see in the screenshots it is âŹ0,42 as the Zonneplan app show âŹ-1,27. All settings as extra costs and tax are still correct.
Does anyone know how I can troubleshoot or fix this issue?
The 1,6 kWh is âŹ0,42 ![]()
Indeed. I guess it should be obvious as the value is the same color as the power imported from the net, but as there is no green value for the amount of energie given back to the net it simply isnât that obvious.
So conclusion is that Energy has no calculation for delivering power back ![]()
Iâm afraid so, would also appreciate it very much if that would be made available.
