So I’ve bought the Homey Bridge and tried connecting it, which was working. It started updating it and afterwards I got an error. I replugged it (It was spinning white) and now it keeps spinning, turning solid white, and continue spinning white again. I removed it from my Homey instance and I can’t get it in setup mode anymore. I cant figure out what to do and have already contacted support.
The way to reset it is to block it from your WiFi network and restart it. Don’t forget to unblock it afterwards.
Is turning off the wifi also enough? As I tried this and it keeps doing the same
That should be enough. Did you try another power adapter and USB-C cable? If that doesn’t fix it, you should contact Athom support here:
Probably have one of the older models as this one is with micro usb, I can try using a different one but I don’t have many of those laying around anymore.
No, all bridges have a micro-USB connector.

Hello, same problem with my new homey bridge. Bricked during updating, changed power adapter and cable, asked for support to homey. Looks like general problem for new homey bridges.
