How long should it take for Homey Bridge to complete setup? Initially it tried to download the updates, then the app came back and stated the updates had failed. The ring has been cycling through white, red, pink for about 20 - 30 minutes. Should I unplug it and try to reset it. In the q&a section, it states that you should not unplug the device if it is updating, as that may make the bridge inoperable. Please advise possible solutions.

I think it’s a good idea to contact Athom support. Indeed uplugging while updating is not a good idea in general.
