Bij het koppelen van de bridge aan de pro krijg ik de melding “missing scopes” en moet ik de installatie van de bridge afsluiten. Iemand enig idee?
Has anyone found an solution to the original question ? I have two bridge(s) that both cannot be added to my Homey Pro. It picks up the bridge as a new device to be added and when you try to, the bridge light turns green, indicating that it has formed a connection. The Homey App then ask to which room you’d like to add the bridge and once you select a room, any room, it comes up with a message that the bridge cannot be added due to “missing scopes” I have tried to make this connection with multiple different phones. both android and iphone and get the same issue. Interestingly, on my phone which is a slighly older android device (Samsung s21) the error message is time out 30000
As I mentioned before, this is happening to two different bridge’s. The first bridge was supplied with my origional purchase and the second was provided as a warrentee replacement. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the phones also, but had the same result. Given that the second device is acting in the same way, I am lost for options as I have no other phones or devices to try.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The bridge needs internet access during the setup procedure, and is very picky about wifi.
