Hi, my Homey I connected and ring is blinking multicolor light, but I can’t access on web or app. Error is impossible to connect. What is the problem? Is the 4th that I have this problem. Only solution is reset homey but I will lost my data!
That suggests it might be something in your home network that’s causing this. Do you use separate VLAN’s or WiFi segmentation?

Power problems? Try to replace the power plug. Seems that some problems are related to a weak power device.
is it a Homey Pro Early 2023? an older Homey Pro?? or a Homey (Cloud) eventually with a bridge ???

If the problem occurs after some time, then assigning a static IP address to Homey on your router may be the solution.
The problem could be a port forwarding?
