Unable to reach my homey (PRO 2019)

For a couple of days, I’ve had major issues accessing my Homey from both the Android app and PC. I get various error messages, including “Cannot connect to Homey” and “handshake error.” It works occasionally, though—if I try accessing it via the app or PC about 15 times in a day, I might get through 1-2 times total. Homey has an IP address the whole time, and everything looks fine in my Wi-Fi (Unifi network). If I go to Homey’s local IP address, I reach a page that directs me to download the app for Apple or Android, so it seems to be working fine with my Wi-Fi. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this? Both Homey and my network have been restarted multiple times without success.

Any adblocking dns (adguard/pilhole) used?

No, and no changes made to anything (homey or unifi network)

Some users experience ipv6 issues, not sure if used with you internally. If so temporarily turn it off and see if it improves.

When you use Access Points, make sure Homey is “glued” to one AP, to prevent hopping
