As I rent my house by Ota’s (AirBnb, etc), I would like to exploit more the guest roles etc. Actually, there are only 3 possibilites, owner, manager & guest. Is there an app that let me define better the differences? Many thanks for your quick reply.

Not really, that is it.
Only option is probably creating Dashboards and present these in kiosk mode on a tablet
