Hi, Newbe on nest protect, It it true that Nest Protect is abandoned (from Google) or is there a way to get it to work in Homey?
There is a way, after/if Martin will upload it to https://hc-store.app/, then you will need to follow setup instructions Google Nest SDM - #2 by Martin_Verbeek ā¦

Unless Iām missing something, I donāt think this supports the Nest temperature sensor pucks? Any chance of getting them added?
Iāve had them working in Homebridge->HomeAssistant->Homey, using the same Google API setup, but this app would let me shut down those two Docker containers!
It is not (natively) supported in the Google SDM spec. But to be honest, never really looked at it before 
Ah, yes, youāre right! Itās likely more in the Legacy section, as I found this HA integration that adds Nest Protect and my temperature sensors.
That integration is giving me 5 devices and 30 entitiesā¦ Protect has 22 entities and each temp sensor has 2 (temperature and battery level).
From the looks of the code (as much as I can understand), where the protect is ātopazā, the sensors are ākryptoniteā, and they only have the two entities/classes.
At least this integration let me drop Homebridge, but if you can add the sensors, I might be able to drop HA as well!
Remembered I have seen kryptonite entriesā¦ Will check if I can get anything out if it. Isnāt this somehow connected to the protect as well?
I have downloaded the app and it shows up in āappsā on my Homey. But how do i add devices or use it for flows? I does not appear when choosing āadd devicesā to add my nest protects
Hm, Iām still on 7.3.1 (somehow donāt trust the store and itās dev. not being even around ā¦), however I do have Configure option - itās gone on 7.3.7 ? Maybe thatās why you canāt add anything.
Tried 7.3.6 now, that didnt work either
I do not trust my uploaded app. Need to follow up with store owner, but have been caught up in other apps updates

Same problem here, no configure option either???
For me itās unfortunately even not installing, so without CLI install nor official store, we are out of luck. Hopefully Martin is somewhere aroundā¦
7.3.7 and 7.3.6 at the Community Space App does not work in HP2023 for me at least. No configuration option, crashes at startup. Any solution to this would be applauded.
