Today i also had a problem that Homey did not want to connect to Google.
After a restart of homey everything works fine again.
So please try to restart your Homey and check if it works…
Yes same problem, I’ve had a support case open with them for sometime Initially, I wasn’t able to add my homey back in after removing it as there was issues, was getting the “There has been a problem…”
Now, when I try, I get the same as you, and Homey is no longer listed.
I suspect they have been delisted because it is not working….
This might help, it wouldn’t hurt or break anything:
I disabled wifi of my phone, so Homey gets forced to connect to “the cloud” per mobile internet data connection;
Next, I could connect Homey to Google Home right away.
(On wifi I sometimes had to start the connect procedure 20+ times until it finally succeeded).
i have the same problem…. i can see the homey devices in the google home app, but im not able to sync from the homey app so i cannot see my google speakers and such in my homey app.. same error as the people over.. did anyone fix this? restarting the homey did nothing.. i also tried disconnecting from wifi.
You’re supposed to install the Chromecast app, in order to install Chromecast enabled devices.
Only then you will see those.
