Fibaro dimmer 2 won’t dim the light up or down

Fibaro Dimmer 2 that won’t dim the light up or down. Only turns on and off. Same with the physical switch. Switched from Futurehome hub where they dimmed just fine.

Have removed and added them several times without success. When I add them, it seems like they calibrate normally, with the light dimming all the way up and down. But once they are fully added to Homey, the calibration doesn’t work. Only on and off.

Has anyone experienced the same or have a constructive suggestion for a solution?

I currently am having the same issue. its frustrating as hell. I can dim in the app just not with the switch. Also, when setting up a flow, then press the preview button i have an explanation mark turn up on the side of the dimmer 2 module flow! i have been researching this and still no idea
