Yes, when it’s a certified Matter enabled device, and it appears to be after some searching.
BUT only the currently limited Matter 1.2 device functionality will be available.

You can search the app store:
https://homey.app/en-gb/apps/homey-pro/
Search for Eufy, and it will return one or more apps.
On the app page you can view the currently supported devices.
